Who we are
Amingoes helps you meet people nearby through plans and small groups. TODO(legal): legal entity name, registered address and data-protection contact.
What we collect
- Account: your sign-in identity (Google or Apple) and email address.
- Profile: name, gender, date of birth, photos, bio and, if you add them, birth time and place (used to work out your zodiac signs).
- Face verification: a selfie check to give your profile a Verified badge. TODO(legal): processor and retention of verification data.
- Location: used to show plans and people near you. Other people only ever see a distance range, never where you are. Live location is shared only if you turn it on in a plan's group chat, and only around the plan's time.
- Activity: plans you host or join, chats, ratings, follows, blocks and reports.
- Payments: coin purchases go through Razorpay, Google Play or the App Store; we keep the transaction records, never your card details.
- Device: push notification tokens and basic app diagnostics.
How we use it
To run the service: show nearby plans, match Unplanned groups, deliver messages and notifications, keep meetups safe (verification, ratings, reports, moderation) and process payments. TODO(legal): legal bases for each purpose.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Amingoes for us (cloud hosting, maps and places, push notifications, payment providers). We don't sell your data. TODO(legal): list of processors and international transfers.
How long we keep it
TODO(legal): retention periods per category.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account, see Delete account. TODO(legal): rights by region and how to exercise them.
